This includes real estate, publishing, events and venture capital. Harry founded, managed and exited from PINE I, the first real estate education vehicle. Harry also founded Primary Health Properties PLC, now the largest listed Healthcare REIT in the UK with market cap of c. £2bn and £2.6bn of real estate assets. Ian is a former director of Nexus PHP Management Ltd, has worked with Nexus Group on a variety of projects over the years including the acquisition of circa £100m of assets for BFS Managed Properties Ltd, various acquisitions for Primary Health Properties PLC and Pine 1.
